So you want to be a Bottle Friend…

Our yearly membership runs from April 1 through March 31st of the following year. Memberships go on sale in late February/Early March for the coming year. There are limited spots available so be sure to sign up for the wait list if you want access to our most limited releases.

Members receive included bottles, a 10% discount on almost any purchase online or in the taproom, extended pickup windows, exclusive releases, and the ability to have bottles shipped anywhere in CA* (additional shipping costs apply).

FAQ:

When will I receive my included beers?
Included beers will be available at various times during the year, but we expect to release one per quarter. We try to schedule and communicate when we expect to release beers, but sometimes the beer lets us know when it’s ready.

What other bottles will be available for purchase?
We expect there to be approximately 14-20 different releases this year. Bottle counts vary by release and some releases will likely end up only being available to Bottle Friends.

Are the included bottles exclusive?
While the most of the included bottles aren’t “technically” considered member exclusives, based on the limited nature of our small batch bottles it is likely that 90-100% of the inventory of the included releases will be allocated & sold to members.

When and where can I pick up my beer? Do you ship?
All beers must be picked up at our Chinatown Brewery located at 1220 N. Spring St. Los Angeles, CA, 90012 during open tasting room hours. At the end of each quarter there will be a window where an option to add shipping throughout CA will be available for beers from that quarter (4 shipping periods over the course of the year). Shipping will be handled through GLS and requires the receiver to be 21+ and present during delivery (and can not ship to P.O. boxes).

Shipping & Pickup Windows & Details:
Q1 (April-June): Bottles will be available for shipping from 7/1 – 7/31. Bottles must be picked up or shipped by 7/31.
Q2 (July-September): Bottles will be available for shipping from 10/1 – 10/31. Bottles must be picked up or shipped by 10/31.
Q3 (October-December): Bottles will be available for shipping from 1/1 – 1/31. Bottles must be picked up or shipped by 1/31.
Q4 (January-March): Bottles will be available for shipping from 4/1 – 4/30. Bottles must be picked up or shipped by 4/30.

What happens if I miss a pickup window?
Due to limited space the pickup window must be adhered to, if you or your trustee are not able to pick up during the allotted window your bottles will be forfeited back to the brewery and will not be refunded. Please make sure to have yourself or a trustee pick it up during the designated pickup window or have it shipped to you.

Cancellation of Membership:
Membership may not be cancelled or terminated by members for any reason. Highland Park Brewery reserves the right to cancel and terminate a membership at any time and for any reason.

Memberships are non-transferable. There are no exceptions. You must be 21 years or older to be in the Highland Park Brewery Bottle Friends Membership.

Memberships are limited to one per person. Memberships purchased beyond that limit will be cancelled.
