DDH High 7
High 7 DDH DIPA returns today & we couldn’t be more excited about it! This double dry hopped hazy DIPA uses a lot of hops, I’m talking Citra, Citra Cryo, Mosaic, Motueka, & Nelson Sauvin. A dense golden hazy appearance in the glass that bursts with bright aromas of guava, coconut lime, & fresh citrus. It was a very enjoyable 8%ABV beer when we first released it & it’s just as enjoyable in this new batch.

Bortz
Bortz is our Dark Gnome Wizard Lager meant to be crushed during an intense game of D&D or enjoyed with some pals, your choice.

Vienna Lager
Vienna is our 5%ABV Amber Lager that puts the malt bill up front. For this beer we showcased Gambrinus Pils & Munich 1, plus Weyermann Vienna Malts. The combination of those malts creates not only a gorgeous amber appearance in the glass, but a clean lager fermentation & notes of brioche crust, cracker, & a toasty backbone.

High 6: West Coast IPA
High 6 West Coast IPA is our 7.2%ABV IPA loaded with Mosaic & Idaho 7 hops. This beer was originally brewed in celebration of our 6th anniversary & we’re bringing it back to celebrate our 10th anniversary month!
* FRIDAY 3/15
Timbo Pils
Timbo Pils is our 5.8%ABV west coast Pilsner hopped with Mosaic & Citra hops. A crisp clear beer that bursts with aromas of Riesling Grapes, passion fruit, & fresh citrus. This enjoyable west coast Pilsner goes down easy with a soft bitterness & a nice floral, earthy hop base.

High 8: West Coast Pilsner
High 8 West Coast pilsner is hopped with NZ Cascade, Motueka, & Nelson hops. A bright clear beer bursting with aromas of gooseberry, unripe guava, & generic melon. This beer was originally brewed in celebration of our 8th anniversary & we’re bringing it back to celebrate our 10th anniversary month!

High 10: Hop Water
High 10 Hop Water uses citra terpenes, Kohia Nelson Hop Kief (which are Nelson hops infused with passion fruit!), & a top secret citrus blend.

High 10: DDH Hazy Double IPA
High 10 DDH DIPA is an 8%ABV double dry hopped hazy DIPA that we hopped with Citra, Nelson Sauvin, & Nugget cryo hops. Pouring with a dense hazy golden yellow, this beer jumps out of the glass with vibrant aromas of fresh pineapple, citrus tropical smoothie, & bergamot upside down cake.

High 10: West Coast Pils
High 10 West Coast Pilsner is a 5.6%ABV west coast Pilsner that uses a hop combination of Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, NZ Cascade, & Riwaka. That fun hop combo produces super fresh vibrant aromas of tangerine, pineapple, passion fruit, & mint. Drinking similarly to Timbo Pils, High 10 West Coast Pils has a beautifully golden yellow appearance with a fluffy white foam top. A super enjoyable hoppy beer that we’re all stoked on here at HPB.

High 10: West Coast IPA
High 10 West Coast IPA is a 7.3%ABV IPA that uses a hop combination consisting of Citra, Nectaron, Columbus Cryo, Kohia Motueka Hop Kief, & Citra terpenes. That’s a lot of stuff! We’re having fun experimenting with different hop products & we’re loving the results, this beer is a great example of that. Pouring with a light haze, this IPA bursts out of the glass with aromas of gooseberry, citrus zest, pomelo zest, & papaya juice.
* TUESDAY 4/2
Hello LA
At 6.8%ABV this west coast IPA with Mosaic & Citra hops has a perfect balance of crisp drinkability & residual bitterness. A bright, clear beer full of pungent aromas thanks to the hop combo, Hello, LA jumps out of the glass with aromas & flavors like juicy tropical fruit, fresh tangerine, & sticky dank blueberry.
