|Vacation||Belgian Style Single||4.6%|
Vacation is a simple, yet complex Belgian-Style single. Utilizing American hops Citra and Amarillo, Vacation is crisp and slightly hoppy with great pear, apple, and tropical fruit aromas.More info on Untappd
|Wake Up||Session Coffee Beer on Nitro||5.3%|
This beer grew out of a love for iced, black coffee. We wanted to capture both the jolt of freshness and the deep, dark flavors that somehow seem appropriate for summer. The base of the beer focuses on clean roast flavors to provide a platform for coffee from Trystero. The beans for this batch are El Salvadorian Borbonal. What we ended up with is a nice clean, soft roast that is both pungent and delicate at the same time.More info on Untappd
|Good Green||West Coast Style IPA||6.2%|
All the green hops we love and adore. Amarillo, Citra, and Simcoe explode out of the glass on this super drinkable and overtly hoppy IPA. We kept the ABV nice and low to make Good Green even more drinkable. Tangerine, grapefruit, and raspberry dominate the flavor and aroma. Enjoy!More info on Untappd
|Timbo Pils||West Coast Style PIlsner||5.8%|
We took inspiration from both German Pilsners and West Coast IPAs for Timbo Pils. We used more German influenced hops in the kettle (Czech Saaz, Opal, and Saphir) which gives the beer a softer bitterness and a nice floral and earthy hop base. We then used Mosaic and Nelson for dry hopping to bring out the tropical west coast flavors of mango, riesling grapes, and passionfruit.More info on Untappd
|Fill Pils||German Style Pilsner||5.4%|
We are incredibly excited to present this beer! German Pilsner is perhaps our favorite style of beer to drink on an everyday basis. We stayed very traditional with this beer, using German pils malts, Tettnang hops, and Saphir hops. We gave this beer its proper time and let it lager for a few weeks. Snappy bitterness, floral freshness, and just a touch of bready malt in the background. Prost!More info on Untappd
|Refresh||Our House Beer, Crisp and Light||4.5%|
This pale beer is crisp, light bodied, and incredibly drinkable. We use an ale yeast at low temps and Noble hops that give this beer Pilsner like qualities, lightness of palate, and fresh floral aromas.More info on Untappd
|Our Lot||Mixed Culture Saison with Spelt||7.8%|
Our Lot is a stronger, more assertive saison made with spelt, a historic type of wheat cultivated since around 5000 BC. We used mostly our house cultures (brettanomyces, lactobacillus, and Pediococcus) and a little bit of saison yeast. Ultimately, the brett took over. Huge fruit driven brett character with big apricot, cantaloupe, strawberries and cream, peach, and plum flavors and aromas. Big textures on this beer too with a nice fruit skin tannin and a pronounced grapefruit pith bitterness.More info on Untappd
|One Up||Double IPA with Mosaic||8.8%|
Holy smokes we packed a lot of hops into this beer. More than 4 pounds per barrel in fact. This beer is focused on one and only one thing, HOPS! Mosaic make up about 75% of the hop bill, Citra about 17%, and Columbus fills out the rest with about 8%. Cheers to extra life with more hops!More info on Untappd
|Spaceship 517||American Pale Ale with Experimental hop HBC 517||4.5%|
Blast off!! Basically, the idea for this beer was to leave this planet. Ha! In order to do this we used the base beer for Beer Spaceship (our American Pale Ale), but used exclusively experimental hop HBC 517. This hops imparts great woodsy, stonefruit, and resinous qualities. If you didn’t already know, we like making beers that are sessionable. We wanted this beer to be under 5% and to feature HBC 517 in all it’s peachy, lime, woody goodness. With the low ABV we knew we needed a malt bill to fill out the body so the beer wasn’t too thin. The oats and carapils help give body and a nice subtle raw graininess to the beer. We hope you enjoy drinking lots of this to help in your journey to outerbeerspace!!More info on Untappd
|Nectarine Trading Burritos||Barrel Fermented Brett IPA (Cellarmaker Collab)||6.7%|
More camaraderie with our friends from Cellarmaker!! This beer was 100% barrel-fermented with our house cultures and a healthy dose of Nectarines. We dry hopped exclusively with Mosaic hops in the barrel at a rate of almost 3lbs per barrel. You get nice brett funk with the tropical, mango flavors of Mosaic filling the aroma. Enjoy!More info on Untappd
|Made Possible||West Coast Style IPA w/Citra, Motueka, & J-17||6.4%|
This beer is made possible with the generosity of our friends in the brewing community. We got the South African J-17 and the New Zealand Motueka from Cellarmaker and the Citra from Noble. All these hops blend beautifully to bring the big fruit character of grapefruit, lime, and tangerine. Nice, broad medium body provides a great platform for big citrus and tropical hop flavors and firm bitterness. Beer!

About The Brewery
We’ve chosen to open a brewery because we think it is a pretty awesome world of discovery, adventure, and, quite simply, fun. We have a pretty charismatic approach to making beer in the neighborhood we live. We make the beer in a 7 bbl brewhouse under the same roof as The Hermosillo. We like to experiment with unique processes, wacky microbes, and local ingredients among other things. The brewery is comprised of four partners: Bob Kunz, Ross Stephenson, Michael Blackman and Dustin Lancaster, with Bob primarily guiding the beer along its path. Overall, Highland Park Brewery has a fairly simple goal of making excellent beer and having a good time along the journey.
