Bottle Friends Terms & Conditions

  • By purchasing a Highland Park Brewery Bottle Friends membership, you confirm you are 21 years of age, or older, at the time of purchase.
  • Highland Park Brewery will provide 7x 500 mL included bottles released throughout the year. As well as provide early sale access to other barrel aged bottle releases, as well as mixed culture and stout can releases.
  • Bottles/cans may be picked up during hours of operation, at the HPB Taproom located at 1220 N. Spring St, Los Angeles, CA 90012.
  • Members may elect to have bottles/cans shipped to them (at an additional cost) during the designated shipping/pickup window, by purchasing an allocation shipping box from the member portal.
  • HPB Bottle Friends membership allows for one membership per person. Households may purchase more than one membership, but only one membership can be purchased per person.
  • Included bottles will be available when they’re ready throughout the year.
  • Highland Park Brewery reserves the right to change or amend the membership or membership rules at any point during the duration of the membership period.
  • Highland Park Brewery will apply a 10% discount on purchases made by a Bottle Friends member at the HPB Taproom when the member presents their membership card. The discount is only available to the HPB Bottle Friend member or a trustee that they give their card to. The discount may not be applied without presenting the membership cards. Member discount in the taproom can only be used for groups of 5 or less if it is on member’s tab.
  • Members will be able to pick up bottles during the specified bottle pickup period. Pickup periods will be communicated to members via email and on the product description of the bottle release.
  • Highland Park Brewery may revoke the Membership and deny the ability to join any other future iterations of the membership to any member at any time at their sole discretion.
  • All communication is handled via email, please ensure your email address is up-to-date and active. HPB will not be responsible for any email not received. If you ever need to update your email address, email friends@hpb.la
  • Bottle Friends members (and/or their trustees/proxies) must present a valid government-issued picture ID to pick up their bottle selection.
  • To set a trustee you must email friends@hpb.la and receive confirmation your trustee has been updated. It is recommended to provide at least 48 hours notice when adding a trustee.
  • Member sales of cans and bottles must be picked up in their designated pickup window or they will be subject to forfeiture back to the brewery without refund. Bottles/cans released from 4/1-9/30 must be picked up or shipped by 10/31. Bottles/cans released from 10/1-3/31 must be picked up by 4/30.
  • There are no refunds for either the Bottle Friends membership fees, nor bottle or can purchases.
