Tiny Timbo

Tiny Timbo is our 4% ABV Tiny West Coast Pilsner, which uses a hop combination of Mosaic, Citra, & Citra Hyperboost. Even though this is a tiny beer, it’s still packed with massive flavors & aromas of zesty citrus, Riesling Grape, & passion fruit. A great option for beating the heat this weekend, your beer will remain cold & full of flavor with each sip. **12 oz. cans**

Fresh Friends: Thiolized Timbo

Fresh Friends: Thiolized Timbo is a 5.8% ABV West Coast Pilsner brewed for Timbo Week to explore the cutting edge of biotransformation. For this special batch, we fermented our iconic flagship recipe with Omega Yeast’s Lunar Crush yeast—a thiolized version of their yeast strain designed to unlock trapped tropical aromas. The goal was full integration: rather than letting the intense thiol character exist in isolation, we’ve woven it seamlessly into Timbo’s classic dry hop. This advanced process results in a bold yet beautifully balanced Pilsner where the biotransformed thiol compounds and hop-derived aromatics amplify one another, pushing the beer’s signature tropical profile to a massive new benchmark.

DDH Jumbo

DDH Jumbo Timbo is a Timbo style double dry hopped west coast IPA that comes in at 7.5%ABV & uses a hop combo of Citra, Mosaic, Citra Cryo, Mosaic Cryo, & YCH Dynaboost. Pouring with a golden clear yellow appearance, DDH Jumbo bursts out of the glass with notes of dank blueberry kush, flamed orange peel, & bright zippy blue razzzz!

TDH Timbo

TDH Timbo is a 5.8% ABV Triple Dry Hopped West Coast Pilsner brewed for Timbo Week 2026 to push our flagship recipe to the absolute limit of hop saturation. For this massive version, we layered YCH Mosaic Dynaboost on the hot side before unleashing a triple dry hop consisting of Citra, Citra Cryo, Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, and YCH Citra FWD 701 (their concentrated liquid hop kief). By combining these advanced, high-density hop formats with standard pellets, we’ve achieved a ridiculous level of lupulin density that completely coats your palate in tropical oils while maintaining the ultra-crisp, snappy backbone of the original Timbo.
