Timbo Pils
Timbo Pils is our 5.8%ABV west coast Pilsner hopped with Mosaic & Citra hops. A crisp clear beer that bursts with aromas of Riesling Grapes, passion fruit, and fresh citrus. This enjoyable west coast Pilsner goes down easy with a soft bitterness & a nice floral, earthy hop base.
Hello LA
At 6.8%ABV this west coast IPA with Mosaic & Citra hops has a perfect balance of crisp drinkability & residual bitterness. A bright, clear beer full of pungent aromas thanks to the hop combo, Hello, LA jumps out of the glass with aromas & flavors like juicy tropical fruit, fresh tangerine, & sticky dank blueberry.
Fresh Friends: Jackson
This beer showcases three hops straight from the source: Jackson-grown Mosaic matching our signature profile, a custom blend of @jacksonhopfarms-grown Idaho 7 (developed right on their farm by Nate Jackson), & Thora (formerly @hopqualitygroup‘s HQG 4), an exciting new variety processed locally by @mill95hops. Aromas of pineapple, guava, & evergreen trees are followed by flavors of mango, passion fruit, & calamansi along with a touch of Meyer lemon & key lime sweetness, finishing with an elevated piney bitterness.
DDH More
At 8.3%ABV this DDH hazy DIPA will overload your senses with bright, intense aromatics & flavors. Thanks to the heavy hopping of Riwaka, Citra, Citra Cryo, & Nelson Sauvin hops, you’ll experience a tropical fruit flavor explosion with notes of fresh mango, key lime pie, & expressive lychee.
Fill Pils
Fill Pils is a 5.2%ABV German Style Pilsner that we all really enjoy here at HPB. This take on the classic German Pilsner has a snappy bitterness, floral freshness, with just a touch of a marshmallowy bitterness. Fill is a beer we reach for whenever it’s on tap, we hope you enjoy this latest batch as much as we do.
Pocket is a hazy IPA that bursts with bright topical aromas & flavors with each sip. At 7% ABV, this is a hazy IPA that you can enjoy throughout the weekend. We used a hop combo consisting of Krush, Citra T90 pellets, Citra Cryo, @abstraxhops Quantum, @yakimachief Citra Hyperboost, @hopqualitygroup HQG4, & HBC1019. That’s a lotta hops! We’re noticing big tropical notes of fresh mango, peach candies, & vibrant coconut.
DDH Hand of Josh
DDH Hand of Josh is the double dry hopped version of our GABF gold medal winning west coast Pilsner, Hand of Josh. This 5.8%ABV DDH West Coast Pils uses New Zealand hops including NZ Cascade, Nelson Sauvin, Nelson Sauvin Cryo, & Mega Motueka!
Pappy
This double dry hopped hazy DIPA comes in at 8%ABV & contains a combo of Mosaic, Citra, Mosaic Cryo, & Citra Cryo hops. Pouring with hazy dense orange appearance, this beer pops with aromas of fresh mango, guava, & dole whip.
Competition
Competition IPA is a 7.3%ABV west coast IPA that features a dry hopping combo of Mosaic, Idaho 7, & the newly named @yakimachief hop, Krush, formerly known as HBC 586. With that hop combination you’ll experience complex tropical aromas of fresh tangerine, juicy blackberry, & vibrant stone fruit. A beer best enjoyed amongst friends, especially during a long weekend.
