Born from shared conversations with Vinnie Cilurzo around process development and ingredient curation, this beer is rooted in a mutual pursuit of making the best possible hop-forward beer. Built to connect beer directly to hop agriculture, Breeder’s Cut showcases hops grown by Perrault Farms and Segal Ranches—farms deeply tied to modern hop breeding. Jason Perrault’s work helped bring us Mosaic, Citra, and Krush, while Segal Ranches is responsible for Tangier. The result is a crisp, expressive West Coast IPA that reflects shared techniques, thoughtful use of hop products, and a deeper exploration of modern hopping methods.
