Cryo Fresh Competition is a 7.3% ABV Fresh Hop West Coast IPA brewed to explore our award-winning hop profile in a revolutionary fresh format. Built off of recipe that won Gold at the 2024 Great American Beer Festival, this variant swaps out a portion of the standard dry hop for Cryo Fresh Mosaic and Cryo Fresh Krush alongside Idaho 7. By utilizing un-kilned hops that are flash-frozen straight from the field and cryogenically processed, we’ve bypassed the drying process entirely to lock in peak-harvest volatile oils. This advanced format elevates Competition’s classic notes of blackberry gummies, coconut, and tangerine zest with a massive, punchy aromatic intensity and a vibrant, green fresh hop complexity.
