This take on the classic German Pilsner has a snappy bitterness, floral freshness, with just a touch of a marshmallowy bitterness. Fill is a beer we reach for whenever it’s on tap, we hope you enjoy this latest batch as much as we do.

Timbo Pils

Timbo Pils is our 5.8%ABV west coast Pilsner hopped with Mosaic & Citra hops. A crisp clear beer that bursts with aromas of Riesling Grapes, passion fruit, and fresh citrus. This enjoyable west coast Pilsner goes down easy with a soft bitterness & a nice floral, earthy hop base.
DDH Pillow

This double dry hopped hazy DIPA comes in at 8%ABV & contains a combo of Mosaic, Citra, Mosaic Cryo, & Citra Cryo hops. Pouring with hazy dense orange appearance, this beer pops with aromas of fresh mango, guava, & dole whip.

Competition IPA is a 7.3%ABV west coast IPA that features a dry hopping combo of Mosaic, Idaho 7, & the newly named @yakimachief hop, Krush, formerly known as HBC 586. With that hop combination you’ll experience complex tropical aromas of fresh tangerine, juicy blackberry, & vibrant stone fruit. A beer best enjoyed amongst friends, especially during a long weekend.

A bright, clear beer full of pungent aromas thanks to the hop combo, Hello, LA jumps out of the glass with aromas & flavors like juicy tropical fruit, fresh tangerine, & sticky dank blueberry.

Hand of Josh is a 5.8%ABV west coast Pilsner that pours with a beautifully golden clear appearance. Thanks to the hop combo of YCH 303, NZ Cascade, & Nelson Sauvin, you’ll notice aromas of finger limes, Riesling grape, & passion fruit bursting out of the glass.
