Fresh Friends: Freestyle is a 5.2% ABV Double Dry-Hopped New Zealand Pilsner crafted as a homage to modern NZ lagers and hop grower innovation. Inspired by the ubiquitous, highly aromatic NZ Pilsners Bob and Tiff drank while traveling through New Zealand, this release acts as a leaner, crisper, hyper-drinkable counterweight to a West Coast Pale Ale. We brewed this batch using exclusively Freestyle Hops (pioneers who revolutionized NZ hop processing over the last decade). Driven by an early-harvest lot of Nelson Sauvin alongside Nectaron and Peacharine, we amped things up even more with Nelson Fresh Hop Juice and Nelson Bliss Hop Kief. It’s an intensely aromatic, beautifully balanced crusher packed with Southern Hemisphere flavors.
