Fresh Hop Hello LA is a 6.8% ABV Fresh Hopped West Coast IPA that amps up our staple house IPA with a cold-side infusion of flash-frozen wet hops. To bypass the shipping hurdles of 24-hour fresh-hop logistics, we turned to Yakima Chief’s CRYO Fresh hops. Harvested at Loftus Ranches in Moxee, Washington, these Mosaic and Krush hops are immediately flash-frozen to lock in raw harvest vibrancy. This brings a resiny, saturated green intensity directly to our cold side—giving the classic Hello LA you know and love a cool, harvest-fresh aromatic and textural upgrade.
