Fresh Friends (Local Delivery): October Add On Bundle

Each Fresh Friends release will be a unique, innovative, hop-focused release each month, some will be brand new recipes, some will be familiar malt bills with brand new spins on them. While going under the name Fresh Friends #1, the first release in October builds on Hello LA, as the inaugural release of what otherwise would be known as Fresh Hop Hello LA.

Timbo Pils is our 5.8%ABV west coast Pilsner hopped with Mosaic & Citra hops. A crisp clear beer that bursts with aromas of Riesling Grapes, passion fruit, and fresh citrus. This enjoyable west coast Pilsner goes down easy with a soft bitterness & a nice floral, earthy hop base.

DDH Pillow is an 8% ABV double dry-hopped hazy DIPA loaded with a hop combination consisting of Citra, Mosaic, Citra Cryo, & Mosaic Cryo. A 3-time @greatamericanbeerfestival Gold Medal-winning hazy DIPA that we love. Thanks to the @admiralmaltings we used, Pillow pours with a soft mouthfeel & glowing hazy orange appearance. Aromas jump right out of the glass with notes of fresh mango, peach candy, & Lime Airheads.

At 6.8%ABV this west coast IPA with Mosaic & Citra hops has a perfect balance of crisp drinkability & residual bitterness. A bright, clear beer full of pungent aromas thanks to the hop combo, Hello, LA jumps out of the glass with aromas & flavors like juicy tropical fruit, fresh tangerine, & sticky dank blueberry.

Our 5%ABV Sports Lager returns with a fresh batch of cans just in time for the weekend to kick off. A clean, refreshing, crisp lager perfect for weekend hangs with friends while watching some Dodger games. A low ABV beer that you can enjoy more than one of throughout the weekend.

Hasta La Raíz is a 7% ABV Hazy IPA brewed as part of a nationwide collaboration to support immigrant justice, with proceeds benefiting Freedom for Immigrants. Featuring Loza Farms Citra, grown at the only Latino-owned hop farm in the U.S., at about 75% of the dry hop, this beer is rounded out with Dolcita (HBC 1019) and Idaho 7 CRYO for a unique and vibrant hop profile. It’s a beer that highlights both flavor and purpose.

Pleasant Pils is our take on an Italian-style Pilsner. Known for being crisp and dry, as Kevin Davey, of Wayfinder Beer, says about Italian Pilsners, they should “punch you in the face with Noble hops.” Traditionally, they’re dry-hopped with classic European Noble varieties like Saaz or Hallertau Mittelfrüh. Our version skips the dry hop in favor of a hefty whirlpool addition, featuring Zuper Saazer from Michigan and German-grown Hallertau Saphir, two hops that bring that same Noble-esque character in a fresh way.

Fresh Hop Timbo is a 5.8% ABV West Coast Pilsner that blends the crisp character of a German Pilsner with the hop-forward punch of a West Coast IPA. Brewed with help from our friends at YCH and Loftus Farms, we received 200 lbs of freshly picked Mosaic whole cone hops flown overnight via Alaska Air. They landed in Burbank in the morning and went straight into the Timbo whirlpool that same afternoon, capturing the pure essence of fresh hop season.

Sticky Fresh is a 7.2% ABV Fresh Hopped West Coast IPA brewed in collaboration with Bale Breaker Brewing. Featuring freshly harvested Mosaic hops from Loftus Ranches, flown down from Yakima Valley and brewed the very same day, this beer captures the peak of hop season. The dry hop includes Loftus-grown Krush, Krush CRYO, Mosaic, and Mosaic CRYO, highlighting the Smith family’s farms and their deep roots in Washington hop growing.
